Object Clause

• Principal Line of Business
• Except Principal line of Business, company can engage in all lawful businesses
• Not engage in such activities in which ask financing for businesses
• It is here by undertaken that company shall not:
  • –Engage in any of the business mentioned in above clause or any unlawful operation
  • –Launch MLM, Pyramid and Ponzi Scheme or other related activities or lottery business;
  • –Engage in any of the permissible business unless the requisite approval, permission, consent or license is obtained from competent authority as may be required under any law for time being in force.

Liability Clause

• Liability of the member is limited
• Liability of the member is guaranteed
• Liability of the member is unlimited
