Memorandum of Association for Poultry Firms Sector-SECP

The principal line of business of the company shall be to set-up and carry on the business of breeding, raising, buying, selling and dealing in all kinds of poultry, poultry products and seeds and to establish, develop, maintain and to aid in establishment and maintenance of poultry and seed farms and ancillary operations like hatcheries, breeders houses, egg producing and distributing centers, green houses and stores.
