Memorandum of Association for Airline Company 

The principal line of business of the company shall be to establish and operate the business of an airline for the purpose of transport of passengers and cargo of all descriptions; and to own or hire Airplanes for the purpose and to provide air charters and such other services as may be incidental to or conveniently combined with other business or airlines on domestic as well as international routes.
