Security exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) has E-service Portal and this E-service Portal is only compatible on internet explorer.

Step 1:

Company Name reservation

Create your user id on SECP website with your CNIC, search your company name but be careful while searching/selecting your company name as SECP will not reserve company name that are identical to other company name, inappropriate and deceptive. Deposit Name Reservation fee in any branch of UBL or MCB

SECP will reserve your company name for ninety days (90) after carefully checking the criteria. After the laps of this period, your reserved name will be expired.

SECP has eliminated the step of digital signature from NIFT according to new procedure.
