Memorandum of Association for Fertilizer Sector – SECP

The principal line of business of the company shall be to  carry on the business of manufacturers and distributors of manures and fertilizers, phosphates (give full details of the varieties of the manures and fertilizers proposed to be manufactured), dips, fats, sprays, vermifuges, fungicides, insecticides, herbicides, vedicides, liquid fertilzers, pest-medicines, fine chemicals, and all kinds of agricultural, fruit-growing and other chemical, whether produced from vegetable or animal matter or by any chemical process and all other by-products (give full details) which can be needed, devised, invented, utilized and produced with any other material, substances or goods for agricultural purposes.
