Memorandum of Association for Tanneries Company-SECP

The principal line of business of the company shall be to run, control acquire, maintain, own, and occupy tannery for carrying on the business of tanning of various kinds of leather skins and hides and finishing, glazing, printing, embossing, dyeing, harnessing, stitching, and retaining of all kinds of leathers chromes and skin products; and to set up, establish, run, control acquire, maintain, own, and occupy tannery units & factories for carrying on the business of tanning, through different processes and methods including but not limited to Leather carving, Leather crafting, and Liming of all kinds of skins and hides and finishing, glazing, printing, embossing, dyeing, harnessing, stitching, and retaining of all kinds of leathers and skin products.
