Memorandum of Association Television Channels Company-SECP

The principal line of business of the company shall be to establish, setup, run, operate, manage and carry out the business of television broadcasting, T. V. Channels, relay transmission, re-broadcasting, media network, closed circuit television, direct satellite broad casting, television shows/programs, video productions and to setup television stations in various cities of Pakistan subject to approval/ permission/ license issued by relevant government authorities (PEMRA).
