The principal line of business of the company shall be to carry on the business of importers and exporters of all kinds of goods, articles and things either manufactured, semi-manufactured or raw materials, and to act as sales representatives either on commission or on profit sharing basis of all kinds of goods and materials, as permissible under the law.
